Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using SellSelf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Material updates will be published here or communicated by email.

2. Service

SellSelf produces AI-assisted product-marketing research, recommendations, plans, and exports. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a human before use. No commercial result is guaranteed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Plans, credits, and trials

Free, Indie, and Studio provide different agent access and usage limits. Paid AI operations consume credits; the interface shows the cost before a run. New eligible accounts receive a three-day Studio trial, then return to Free unless a subscription is purchased.

Monthly subscription credits roll over only up to 168 on Indie and 700 on Studio. AI operations use monthly credits first and then purchased credits.

5. Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period. You can disable automatic renewal in Account → Subscription before the next charge. Access continues through the paid period. Future prices may change with advance notice.

6. Refunds

A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Eligible value is limited to unused credits and unconsumed subscription time. Credits spent on completed AI operations are excluded because that service has been delivered. See the Refund Policy for the process.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to harm, deceive, harass, or impersonate others.
• Do not bypass access controls, disrupt infrastructure, distribute malware, scrape without permission, or misuse generated content.
• Do not submit content you lack the right to process.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant SellSelf the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. SellSelf owns its software, interface, and service materials.

9. Providers and availability

The service relies on contracted AI, hosting, payment, email, analytics, and research providers. Availability and research depth can vary. Planned or experimental features are not guaranteed until shown as available in the product.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. SellSelf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any non-excludable liability is handled under applicable law; otherwise aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may request account deletion. SellSelf may suspend access for material breach, security risk, fraud, or legal necessity. Terms that must survive termination remain effective.
