Refund Policy

1. Request window

Ask support to review a refund within 14 days of purchase. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligible value

• Unused purchased credits.
• The unconsumed portion of a paid subscription period.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges confirmed by the payment record.

3. Exclusions

Credits spent on completed AI operations are not eligible under this voluntary policy because the corresponding service has been delivered. Promotional credits have no cash value.

4. Cancellation is separate

Disable automatic renewal in Account → Subscription. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

5. How to request

Email support@sellself.ru with the account email, order identifier, purchase date, and reason. When approved, SellSelf initiates the refund within 14 days; YooKassa and your bank control final settlement time.
